]]> These Axis drum motors were produced to meet the requirements of the seafood processing industry. The use of the Axis TM113.1 series drum motors in stainless steel design allowed the engineering company client to produce conveyors of excellent aesthetics, using a centre drive system. The drum motors were supplied with a 8×7 keyway fixed to the drumshell so stainless steel sprockets could be fitted for driving a flush grid modular belt. A stainless steel terminal box allowed easy installation and access to electrical connections. All lubricants used within the units are food safe and registered with the non foods program for possible food contact. The ingress protection rating of the units is IP66 for wash down compatibility.
